Never A Compromise For Quality or Safety
T he Atmospheric Burner System, the control system and entire boiler are furnished so that it is simple to operate by regular personnel. Simplicity is a decided advantage as there are no expensive blowers, complicated controls, or burner adjustments, as is necessary on many boilers.
Atmoshperic T-Model and Internal Heat Reclaimer R-Models
Boilers up to 6,800,000 BTU
Parker Hot Water Boilers are designed specifically to provide the building heating and industrial processing industries with a Superior Quality Boiler with Unequaled Advantages in Safety, Long Life Service and Economical Operation.
Atmospheric Hot Water Boiler Certifications ("T" Model)
All Parker Hot Water Boilers are manufactured in accordance with the ASME Power & Heating Boiler Codes and registered with the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors. The standard natural gas fired model is furnished as an Underwriters’ Laboratories, Inc. Listed Gas Fired Boiler Assembly and displays their symbol on the nameplate. Outdoor, propane and Low NOx models are ETL listed. Canadian models are C-ETL Listed Industrial and Commercial Gas Fired Packaged Boilers certified to CAN/CGA 1-3.1 and UL 795.
Atmospheric Hot Water Boiler w/ Internal Reclaimer Certifications ("R" Model)
All Parker Direct Fired Boilers are manufactured in accordance with the ASME Power & Heating Boiler Codes and registered with the National Board of Boiler and Pres-sure Vessel Inspectors. Natural gas and LPG fired models are ETL Listed “Industrial and Commercial Gas Fired Pack-aged Boilers” certified to UL795, for indoor or outdoor service. Canadian models are C-ETL Listed.
Safety
A Parker Boiler has never been known to internally explode nor has it been possible to induce an explosion under severe tests. Thermal shocks are readily absorbed with-out damage due to the unique flexible design and extra heavy steel welded construction.

Medium and High Temperature Hot Water Boilers
Parker Direct Fired Hot Water Boilers are ideally suited for all phases of medium or high temperature circulating work. Of the utmost importance is our high degree of ability to withstand thermal shock due to flexible bent tube all welded construction. This enables us to provide a 25 year Thermal Shock Warranty. Another prime considerations is the proper circulation of the heating medium through the boiler tubes, our boiler is ideally designed to obtain the exact required circulation. Internal header baffles can be installed in the headers of the entire line of hot water boilers to adequately baffle the flow rate through the boiler to the required design system flow rate. Our 6-10 pass staggered tube design allows for maximum heat absorption of the products of combustion. Glycol and water blend solutions are also used successfully on Parker Boilers.

Typical Single Boiler Hot Water Boiler Piping System
Since the circulating system depends on a pump for circulation, it is not important that the pipe be graded in order for condensate to reach a low point. The distribution piping system is easy to install with fewer complications than steam systems.

The Parker steel tube bundle is 1-5/16” O.D. steel, over 1/8" heavy thickness, and the finned tubes are 1” O.D. (.11”), heavy thickness steel. The welded bent tube design permits free expansion and contraction of each tube independently when subject to thermal shocking. Our design eliminates strain on the metal, warping and leaking, typical of rigid straight tube designs. This construction utilizes heavy material with flexibility to provide extreme safety and long life.
NOTE: All drawing dimensions should be verified prior to installation. Due to continuous improvements and irregularities of purchased structural shapes and rounding, dimensions may vary and are subject to change without notice.
